It is a flexible testing system that is not integrated into the production line. Assemblies are brought to the testing system manually or semi-automatically (offline). Various test modules can be combined.
In this fully automatic testing system that is integrated into the production line, assemblies run directly from the placement or assembly into the testing system (“inline”).
It has a modular design with various testing procedures that can be integrated.
Typical fields of application include series production with high quantities, lines with high quality requirements, and automated traceability for each assembly.
We work with you to optimize the PCB layout long before the finished assemblies are tested, thus ensuring optimum assembly and function. Then, during production, testing in all process steps guarantees the desired quality.
We have tried and proven procedures at our disposal for this purpose, which of course can be used both individually and in combination.
