Just like the MICON 5 S, the RACON ST (Sealed & extended Temperature) is fully sealed and can therefore be used on PCBs protected against environmental influences by casting, painting, or nanocoating.
Thanks to the extreme temperature resistance from -40°C to +125°C, RACON ST is an excellent solution for automotive applications or similar applications in the open air. A tight, rugged and gold-based contact system adds extra toughness and switching reliability. The result: absolutely reliable control for at least one million operating cycles.
