HMI + EMS

Truck axle controls are used in almost all vehicle brands. This requires comprehensive version management. Once the PCB has been assembled, it is installed in the complex mechanical system. The housing is manufactured using advanced 4K synthetic material technology, including plastic overmolding, to meet environmental requirements (with a protection class of at least IP64).

PARAVAN – CARS FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES

HMI + EMS

Capacitive touch unit. The 7-inch touch unit for control and display in vehicles for persons with disabilities is automotive-compliant. It can withstand temperatures of -40 °C to 85 °C and has been awarded E1 certification.

The control panel for a high-bay forklift order picker is equipped with a steering wheel, indicator display, RAFI emergency power off, and two RAFI joysticks for controlling the lifting and lowering of the fork and the direction of travel.

LIEBHERR – TRUCK MIXER

HMI + EMS

A rugged control panel for concrete mixing drum control in outdoor use. The PCB with electronics, tactile switches, emergency power off, hall-based operating lever, and back-printed overlay – installed in a rugged 2K housing – easily meets the heavy-duty requirements.
