A key focus of the exhibition program in Hall A3, Booth 361, will be new technology platforms for autonomously operating machines. Here, machine manufacturers will find validated, individually adaptable modular kits ranging from single technology building blocks to scalable Autonomy Kits for retrofitting mobile machines, all the way to the development and production of complete autonomous systems.
As a second area of expertise, RAFI will present highly functional HMI solutions for robotics and industrial automation. A prime example is the particularly ergonomic multi-touch panel for injection molding machines being showcased at the booth. The operating system, equipped with a 21.5" capacitive display and an innovative pushbutton console, features a dual-swivel mechanism for optimal alignment at the workstation. A further focus is on customer-specific, rugged operating and control systems for outdoor use in smart infrastructure applications such as charging stations or energy management.
In the increasingly important field of cyber security, RAFI supports its customers in building secure system architectures that comply with the upcoming EU requirements of the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA). RAFI's competencies include, among others, the integration of secure boot and authentication mechanisms, the protection of sensitive data through modern encryption technologies, the security of interfaces, and the planning and implementation of sustainable lifecycle strategies.
