Cyber Security is a decisive factor for the success of networked products and systems. Companies face the challenge of reliably implementing increasing safety requirements while developing innovative solutions. With the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA), the European Union creates a binding framework for more Cyber Security and defines clear requirements for the security of digital products.
The Cyber Resilience Act will become effective in phases. The first reporting requirements for relevant security incidents and actively exploited vulnerabilities will take effect as early as September 2026. The full requirements for products with digital components will apply starting at the end of 2027. Companies should therefore integrate these requirements into their development, security, and lifecycle processes at an early stage. We are already addressing these requirements today and support companies in implementing cyber security that is reliable, resilient, and future-proof from the very beginning.
